In my previous roles as the president of one of the chapters of Toastmasters International and Director of Student Ministries for over 20 years, I was responsible for organizing and / or speaking at a number of events, from small training sessions to large, gymnasium-size, multi-day conferences.
Having done so, I quickly realized that success of an event came down to the quality of the speakers. If they hit it out of the park, we had a great event. If they didn’t, we had a not-so-great event.
Like you, I found myself spending hours, days and sometimes weeks, researching speakers, to make sure we had just the right fit. My hope is that this page, my podcast and my blogs, will make it easy for you to see why I believe I’m the right choice for your next event.

A Little Bit About Me
I have been speaking publicly for more than 20 years and have keynoted several events. I currently teach as an Adjunct Professor in the psychology department at Trinity International University, treat clients as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, write and self publish on Amazon.com, offer Life Skills Workshops (Anger Management, Parenting, Forgiveness) and speak quite frequently at Toastmasters meetings.
In addition to the above, I have a weekly podcast show on iTunes under the same name as this Website.
I have been happily married to my wife, Dionne, since 1985. We have two children. We live in South Florida. In my free time, I enjoy reading, working out, and listening to podcasts.

The main theme of my keynote is to inspire and empower others to create the life (family, workplace, relationships) they want; to unleash the GENIUS within . I will customize my presentation to meet your organization’s specific needs. My goal is to facilitate the outcome you want to create. I speak at business conferences, association gatherings, conferences and churches just to mention a few.
