Choose your best life now

Blogpost

Maybe the question you are asking is “Why choose your best life now?”. My immediate response would be why not choose your best life now? If you had the option of finding, living and loving the life you envision for yourself, wouldn’t you want to be doing that? I believe you would and that is why you are taking the time to read this blog post.

Most people want to love the life they live. I believe you are one of those who do.

The problem is that some people do not know what their best life would look like because they have lived their current life for so long, they have lost the picture of what their best life looks like. Others have lived what someone else have scripted for them and have accepted that to be their best life, yet deep inside of them, they know this is not it. Still there are some who know what their best life looks like, but because of fear, feelings of inadequacy, hopelessness, helplessness or a combination, have remained where they are being as miserable and irritable as one can be.

I hope the above does not describe you. However if it does, then you have come to the right place. You will learn through a series of blogs that I will be doing, how to find (identify) what your best life is, and then how to live and love what you find.

One of the major obstacles in choosing your best life now and then living it, is fear. Obviously there are other factors as well, but I find that fear gets in the way. If we could move fear out of the way, then most of the other factors do not seem as huge as they do when looking through the lens of fear.

So, in future blogs I will be discussing the how to’s of overcoming these obstacles especially fear. I will be using a strategy that I have come up with  utilizing three principles: Modifying your thoughts, Adjusting your attitude, and Positioning yourself. I call this my M.A.P strategy.

To find out more of how this is done, I want to invite you back and also to leave me a reply and sign up to receive notification of these posts.

Thanks.
