Learning To Protect and Promote Your Brand With Christopher Elliott – General Manager of Sandals Resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica

In this episode, I interviewed Christopher Elliott, the General Manager of Sandals Carlisle in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Sandals is an all-inclusive resort found throughout most of the Caribbean countries. They are currently rebranding around the phrase “Luxury Included Resort.”

Christopher shared in this episode how the company is making it happen but more importantly, how it has maintained its brand of excellent customer services throughout the years. He talks about the parallel of the process as it relates to entrepreneurs who are trying to do the very same things.

  • Addressing the concerns of the guests (customers) as quickly as possible
